Cocktails Mocktails

Cinapple Shake
• 25 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 5 ml Monin Cinnamon syrup
• 120 ml milk
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a tumbler glass.

Vanilla and Fruits
• 20 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 45 ml vanilla vodka
• 30 ml pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Black Apple Martini
• 20 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 5 ml Monin Blackcurrant syrup
• 35 ml gin
• 40 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Crunch Apple Latte
• 15 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 15 ml Monin Caramel sauce
• 150 ml milk
• 1 espresso
Pour Monin Caramel sauce in a tumbler glass.
Steam milk and Monin Apple syrup until mix
foams. Pour mix over Monin Caramel sauce.
Top with espresso to create a layer.

Garden Tea
• 15 ml MONIN Apple syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Honey syrup
• 200 ml Darjeeling iced tea
Pour MONIN syrups in tumbler glass filled
with ice cubes. Add iced tea. Stir and serve.

Creamy Apple Martini
• 15 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 7,5 ml Monin Caramel sauce
• 45 ml vodka
• 30 ml apple juice
• 1 quarter of apple
• cinnamon powder
Muddle all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Add ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Serve in a
chilled martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon
powder.

Apple Mojito
• 20 ml Monin Apple syrup
• 45 ml rum
• 30 ml soda water
• 1 quarter of apple
• 2 pieces of fresh lime
Muddle all ingredients except soda water
in a shaker tin. Add ice cubes. Shake
vigorously. Serve in a long drink glass.
Top with soda water.

Apple Lemonade
• 15 ml MONIN Apple syrup
• 150 ml lemonade
• 10 ml lime juice
Pour MONIN syrup and lime juice in tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes.Add lemonade.
Stir and serve.

Normandy
• 20 ml MONIN Apple syrup
• 5 ml MONIN Rose syrup
• 35 ml calvados
• 30 ml apple juice
• 5 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve.

Apple Chaï
• 25 ml MONIN Apple syrup
• 5 ml MONIN Chaï Tea concentrate
• 180 ml milk
Pour MONIN syrups in a mug. Steam milk.
Pour foamed milk over mix.Stir and serve.
