Cocktails Mocktails

Maple Latteccino
• 30 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 150 ml milk
• 1 espresso
Pour MONIN syrup into a large coffee cup
or glass. Steam milk. Pour foamed milk
over syrup, and top with espresso.

Creamy Maple
• 30 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 35 ml vanilla vodka
• 1 scoop of ice cream base
Pour all ingredients in a blender cup. Cover
up with ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour mix into a tumbler glass. Garnish with
a cinnamon stick. Serve with a straw.

First Class
• 15 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 35 ml gin
• 5 ml amaretto liqueur
• 80 ml cranberry juice
• 3 pieces of lemon
Muddle lemon, amaretto liqueur and MONIN
Maple Spice syrup in a tall glass. Fill up
with ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients.
Garnish with a gooseberry. Stir and serve with
a straw.

Spice Duo
• 20 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Chaï concentrate
• 150 ml milk
• 1 espresso
Pour MONIN flavourings into a large coffee
cup. Steam milk. Pour foamed milk over
mix, and top with espresso coffee.

Iced Latte
• 30 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 180 ml milk
Combine ingredients in a tall tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes. Stir and Serve.

Pin’ up
• 30 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 20 ml scotch whisky
• 20 ml vodka
• 30 grapefruit juice
• 1/2 orange wedge
• 1 lemon wedge
Muddle lemon, orange and MONIN Maple
Spice syrup in a tall glass. Fill up with ice
cubes. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and serve with a straw.

Gourmet Martini
• 15 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Cherry liqueur
• 35 ml light rum
• 10 ml lime juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled
martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Orchard Punch
• 25 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 5 ml MONIN Vanilla syrup
• 40 ml apple juice
• 40 ml cranberry juice
• 80 ml soda water
Combine all ingredients in a tall tumbler
glass filled with ice cubes. Top with soda
water. Stir and serve.

Canadian Martini
• 25 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 40 ml vodka
• 60 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a chilled martini glass.

MM’s
• 15 ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
• 1 espresso
• 10 ml fresh cream
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake gently.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
